How We Test
Our evaluation process of kitchen faucets revolves around the Design and construction Quality of each one and the kind of experience they deliver. Ease of interacting with the faucets, including the sprayer, body, handle control, and their water functions are some of the categories used to assess their overall values to our homes.
We also examine the faucets’ performance under less-than-ideal conditions, specifically with low water pressure, to showcase their strength and weaknesses.
To get the most out of our data, we standardized the process across the board. Besides making sure that our decisions and recommendations aren’t biased, standardization prevents our process from losing its focus, which is highlighting real values.
You can learn more about our process in this dedicated How We Test Kitchen Faucet article.
How We Choose
Our recommendations are based on our testing results as well as hands-on experience with best-selling and up-and-coming products. While we evaluate each product’s performance, design quality, and features for our own rating process, we also watch their pricing and the brands’ popularity on the current market, reflecting their overall value more accurately.

Best to Buy
This faucet prioritizes functionality over style. Its design is simple yet practical, featuring durable construction, efficient water functions, and a detachable sprayer with a comfortable reach. Ideal for compact spaces and those who appreciate minimalist aesthetics, it delivers reliable performance without unnecessary frills.
Things We Like
- High-end build quality
- Affordable
- Easy installation
Things We Don’t Like
- Awkward button design
In terms of overall values, we recommend this Moen Adler kitchen faucet for its reasonable pricing and top-notch build quality. In simplifying the details, the manufacturer subsequently reduces the material needed for constructing the faucet. This leads to less cost in production, in addition to emphasizing its space-saving design.
That said, the faucet is a well-made, cost-effective product that we simply adore. Its metal, durable body details, from the neck to the single handle, offers years of service. Moen’s patented valve is also renowned for its long life-span, and when it’s time for service, you can buy a replacement pretty much anywhere thanks to the brand’s broad network.
When we evaluated the faucet against other popular options on the market, it gives average water output with relatively weak input (40 psi) and works perfectly at normal pressure (60 psi). All movements, including the rotating body, handle, and 23-inch extending, ball-jointed sprayer head, feel effortless and well-weighted at the same time. For the cherry on top, you can clean the entire faucet in seconds thanks to its streamlined design.
The Adler is an all-round product with quality construction and features that doesn’t burn a hole through your wallet. Most importantly, it doesn’t have any particular issue, save for the awkward leveling of the water function switch. Its installation is also one of the simplest we’ve examined. Available in several colors including Chrome, Matte Black, Mediterranean Bronze, and Spot Resist Stainless, it’s covered with a limited lifetime warranty.

Delta Lenta Touch2O 19802TZ Kitchen Faucet
Premium Touch Control
Featuring premium build quality, exclusive ShieldSpray water mode, and a long, extending sprayer head, this faucet is a mix between elegant design and effective features. Its touch control is versatile in many settings, and magnetic docking as well as temperature-indicating LED add even more appeal to the whole package.
Things We Like
- Versatile touch control
- Temperature LED indicator
- Innovative ShieldSpray water mode
- Magnetic Docking
- Premium build quality
Things We Don’t Like
- Pricey
- Complicated installation
The Delta Lenta Touch2O is a fantastic choice for both the modern and traditional kitchens. With Touch2O technology allowing for hands-free operation, it makes daily routine more convenient and effortless. It’s a clever technology that, from our experience, is more versatile in tight spaces compared to motion sensors. Additionally, the auto-shutoff function will trigger after 4 minutes, ensuring minimal water wastage.
Aside from its premium build quality that makes use of dense metal materials and polished parts, the faucet features an LED temperature indicator that shifts from blue to magenta to red as the water temperature changes. There’s also magnetic docking to keep the sprayer head securely in place, and ShieldSpray water mode, which provides a powerful rinse while minimizing splashes.
The combination of the 360-degree swiveling body and the 30-inch sprayer hose opens up the faucet’s utility, effortlessly reaching far corners of big sinks. Although the sprayer doesn’t retract itself well, especially approaching the hose’s extended length, it feels non-restrictive and well-balanced. Most noticeably, this is one of the few that can stand on its own during installation.
Speaking of, the Delta Lenta’s complex setup with varied components is one of its few drawbacks, the other one being its premium cost. The faucet also has a standard version with basic configurations, saving money on advanced features. You can find them typically in Matte Black, SpotShield Stainless, and Champagne Bronze (Gold), with limited lifetime warranty for the body and 5-year warranty for the electronics.

Moen Arbor MotionSense 7594E Kitchen Faucet
Best True Touchless
For a true touchless experience, this faucet is one of the best by today’s standards. With two motion sensors, premium build quality, and convenient features, the design brings plenty of utility to the kitchen and should be worth considering. If you like the design but not the electronic features, the Arbor 7594 with conventional design is a more suitable choice.
Things We Like
- True touchless operation
- Default water mode
- Timeless design
- Premium build quality
- Easy to install
Things We Don’t Like
- Pricey
- 90-degree swivel
The Moen Arbor Two Sensor, for years, has been the top choice as a touchless control faucet. It features MotionSense, utilizing a presence sensor at the base that activates the water flow when it senses a presence and a motion sensor on top of the curve that controls water detecting simple gestures.
The pulldown faucet features beautiful design and premium craftsmanship, with a polished sprayer and dense body construction. The sprayer extends and retracts rather satisfyingly, reflecting the product’s attention to details, and its auto-switch feature returns the water to stream mode every time it’s turned on. Additionally, there’s an auto shut-off feature integrated with the sensors that kicks in after 2 minutes of inactivity to save water.
However, the faucet’s control relies too much on electricity, which is a turn-off for us. To elaborate, the faucet is essentially out of service if the control box is without power as there’s no other configurations available. This is contrasting with Delta’s Touch2O, which allows for the exclusion of the control box, and also why we recommend getting a power adapter for MotionSense.
That said, installation is straightforward and designed for DIY-friendliness. Moreover, the faucet has become more affordable in recent years, delivering great value for the quality and convenience it offers. The faucet is covered with a limited lifetime warranty and its electronic operation a 5-year. Available colors include Chrome, Matte Black, Oil Rubbed Bronze, and Spot Resist Stainless.

Things We Like
- Versatile touch control

- High-end build quality
Things We Don’t Like
- Complicated installation
The Delta Essa Touch2O is another versatile faucet with hands-free operation and quality craftsmanship that is incredibly useful in a busy kitchen. Aside from its high-end build, the LED temperature indicator changes color as the water temperature rises. The sprayer head has a long, comfortable reach and is integrated with magnetic docking that secures it in place.

WEWE Kitchen Faucet A1001L Kitchen Faucet
Best Under $100
For tighter budgets without any particular demand, this faucet’s decent build quality and water functions meet the essential requirements. It doesn’t compare with the others in this list in terms of attention to detail, but it suffices nicely for the price.
Things We Like
- Affordable
- Sufficient design
- Easy installation
Things We Don’t Like
- Janky swiveling
- Plastic body frame
- Not certified by ASME/CSA
For a less costly option, this WEWE kitchen spout is not half bad. Its flexible hose and ball-jointed sprayer effectively meet basic needs. While refinement is something that cost-saving alternatives like this one struggle with, our experience shows that the faucet’s essential features are unaffected.
This is a basic pulldown kitchen faucet; so, plain and simple, you won’t get anything else, utility-wise, other than its extending sprayer head that switches between stream and spray modes. Everything, from swiveling the body to maneuvering to sprayer feels relatively comfortable, and if you’re DIY-people, you should appreciate its simple installation.
With decent production, this faucet balances affordability with performance, delivering satisfactory output flow rate even at as low as 40 psi. Although the faucet is without ASME/CSA certifications, as an effective, fifty-something-dollar product with a 5-year warranty, it’s one of the most sought-after on many retail sites.

Kraus Faucet Bolden KPF-1610 Kitchen Faucet
Best Commercial Style
This faucet is more functional than it is pretty. Offering nothing too extravagant besides durable construction, effective water functions, and a responsive neck, it should be perfect for those who enjoy the industrial aesthetics.
Things We Like
- Flexible spring neck
- Default water mode
- Solid build quality
- Strong output pressure
Things We Don’t Like
- 180-degree swivel
This Kraus faucet, beyond its bold aesthetics, hooks us with detailed design and construction; and it’s an even more impressive product hands-on. The sprayer is streamlined with a polished function switch and auto-switch feature. Morever, its retraction feels well-weighted and satisfying. That said, we’re not a fan of the docking arm as it scratches the head quite easily.
Unlike whole-body faucets, spring bodies have a much wider range of motion. However, it’s much more difficult to keep clean due to the gaps in between the coil neck that allows food particles to get through easily. In terms of performance, it’s one of the few options we’ve evaluated that do well with low water pressure.
Regardless, the body’s 180-degree swivel is enough for most interactions around the sink, but does limit customization when installing. Under $200, this is undoubtedly one of the best-performing faucets we’ve evaluated in terms of build quality and usability, and it’s covered with a limited lifetime warranty.

Fapully Commercial Kitchen Faucet
Industrial Design
If you have the space for a commercial kitchen faucet, this is one of the most recent best-selling models available online. Its design is nothing if not industrial, featuring a heavy, metal construction and ample output pressure.
Things We Like
- Affordable
- Dual-outlet with conventional spout
Things We Don’t Like
- Janky swiveling
- Not certified by ASME/CSA
The most recent commercial faucet design for personal kitchens is this bold multi-outlet layout, which is designed for low water pressure. This type of faucet doesn't restrict water flow, allowing it to reach 1.6 gallons per minute at 40 psi with ease. Besides its responsive spring neck and sprayer, the Fapully faucet includes a conventional spout compatible with water filters, portable dishwashers, and other accessories.
In terms of construction, while the material is adequate, it isn’t particularly impressive. The sprayer feels non-restrictive when we try to move it around, but the middle spout can be janky when swiveling. One thing to note is that the body isn’t heat-insulated, causing it to heat-up considerably when running hot water.
For those wanting heavy-duty water output, this faucet is one of the most popular choices. Keep in mind that this is still a cost-saving product and should be appropriate only for certain settings. It comes with 2 years of warranty and without CSA or ASME certifications.
