Presto Flipside Belgian vs KRUPS Belgian Side-by-Side Comparison
Overall Verdict
The Presto Flipside Belgian waffle maker has a fairly standard design. It has a set of waffle plates that can cook 7-inch waffles. This model also has a flip mechanism to help your waffles cook more evenly and a built-in timer for you to conveniently keep track of the cooking process.
On the other hand, the KRUPS Belgian is built for bulk cooking. The large waffle plates can bake four 4-inch square waffles at once. Design-wise, the waffle maker has a premium aesthetic and extra features like an audible chime.
However, looking at the two models’ performances, we can’t recommend the KRUPS Belgian. It is the only model in our database that failed a cooking test. During our test, it could not cook a complete waffle in 10 minutes with the batter made from the Birch Benders premade mix.
If you want the bulk-cooking ability of the KRUPS, try the DASH No-Drip.
