Overall Verdict

It can be hard to pick between these two, considering their similarities. Both are mini-sized waffle makers with the same build quality and cooking performance. Even their pricing is roughly the same.

More specifically, in our cooking tests, the Crownful 4-inch mini waffle maker and the Holstein received middling scores. They weren’t excellent, but they weren’t bad, either. They should be sufficient for making daily breakfasts.

The Holstein loses the edge over the Crownful in terms of build quality. Although both models are made from plastic, the Holstein has many manufacturing flaws (gashes, scratches) on its shell.

So, generally speaking, the Crownful should make for a better buy over the Holstein, but only by a very small margin.
