This pair couldn’t be any different if they tried. The Crownful waffle maker has a compact design about the size of a softball and is light enough to be held in one hand. Meanwhile, the DASH No-Drip Belgian will take up a large area on your countertop.

There’s a good explanation for the size difference. The Crownful mini waffle maker is designed for baking 4-inch waffles. These bite-sized waffles are excellent as snacks or light meals.

The DASH No-Drip Belgian waffle maker also makes 4-inch waffles. However, its large waffle plates can cook four at a time, and rather than the traditional circular shape, they’re square waffles.

So, if you’re looking for a compact and cheap waffle maker and don’t need to bulk cook several waffles at once, pick the Crownful. But if the ability to simultaneously cook several waffles sounds useful to you, invest in the DASH No-Drip Belgian instead!
