COMFEE CFO-BB101 vs Oster TSSTTVMNDG-SHP-2 Toaster Oven Side-by-Side Comparison

Overall Verdict
As one of our cheapest and smallest tested units, the COMFEE CFO-BB101 Compact Toaster Oven doesn’t stand a chance against a decent large unit like the Oster TSSTTVMNDG-SHP-2 Digital Convection Toaster Oven.
The Oster was better in all of our performance tests, including toasting bread, baking pizza, roasting a whole chicken, and baking french fries. From what we understand, the Oster had the benefits of a convection system, more heating elements, and most importantly, a higher power draw.
Design-wise, the Comfee had something rarely any units did—a detachable crumb tray. However, that feature couldn’t change the fact that the oven itself had a lower build quality than the Oster.
Like the Comfee, the Oster didn’t have many added convenience features. Its LCD and control buttons were more precise than the Comfee’s analog dials but could be improved. The large cooking chamber made the Oster significantly easier to clean, however.
Nonetheless, the COMFEE CFO-BB101 is an adequate extra small, budget toaster oven. On the other hand, the Oster TSSTTVMNDG-SHP-2 is suitable for someone looking for a simple and robust large unit.
