Brizo Kitchen Faucet Review: Artesso 63225LF Articulating Arm Faucet
Brizo specializes in premium water faucets, showerheads, and sprayers. Today’s Brizo kitchen faucet review will focus on the Artesso model.
Brizo by Delta Faucet is a brand that specializes in premium quality faucets for the kitchen and bathroom. Their Artesso line of articulating faucets are good examples of this specialty. Today’s Brizo Kitchen Faucet review will explore what sets the Artesso line apart from others.
The Artesso series reportedly takes aesthetic cues from the industrial look from the early 20th century. What’s more, the crane-like docking arm adds the final touch to the series’s signature design.

To set itself apart, Brizo has gone for a quite bold yet innovative move in design with its Artesso series.
Unique Articulating Design
The Brizo‘s unique articulating arm and its adjustable double-jointed scaffolding mechanics allows the faucet to take a wide range of stance. That means you’re able to change the height as well as the reach of the spout.
With many concerned about the performance of the strange-looking armature, other owners have praised the quality of the hinges, sharing that the joints showed no signs of degradation after their first 6 months.
Keep in mind that the screws on the arm are only decorative and are not to be touched. Doing so may void the faucet warranty.
The Artesso’s magnetic dock located at the end of the articulating arm ensures the head stays in place. The docking seat can rotate 180 degrees to the left or right, and you can also detach the spray head from the dock and move it around as the hose is semi-flexible.
The faucet swivels up to 360 degrees, perfect for both small or large, single- or double-basin sinks. Additionally, the rotating body makes the faucet compatible with both right- and left-handed users. All you need to do is set the handle to the side most comfortable to you. Keep in mind that lever movements for temperature control will change accordingly.
Materials
This Artesso model 63225LF comes in a variety of finishes, including stainless steel, Venetian bronze, luxe gold, polished nickel, and chrome. Stainless steel, polished nickel, and chrome are more popular and more affordable for kitchen faucet compared to the other two.
The hose is made of a rubberized material, flexible but rigid at the same time. That said, the material leaves the hose vulnerable to physical damage, not to mention its exposed design also adds to the pile.
While the different components harmonize quite nicely in look and functionality, its somewhat unpractical design poses certain risks— not that damaging a faucet’s body is a common concern.
It’s worth noting that there’s no spout or counterweight on the hose (as with pull-out or -down models) to support the head’s weight when it’s not attached to the armature. Meaning you should rest the nozzle head every time you’re done with it to avoid damage.
Low Maintenance
Apart from the easy-to-clean finishes, the Brizo comes with other measures that ensure upkeep with little hassle. It uses a diamond-coated ceramic disc cartridge that has been tested to last up to 500,000 movements. The nozzles are rubber, and you can clean any build-up inside easily by rubbing them.
All Brizo faucets come with a lifetime warranty on the whole unit, and a 5-year warranty on electronic parts.
