Can the GE Continuous Feed 3/4-HP garbage disposal handle small bones, vegetable peels, and fruit pits effectively?

The GE 3/4-HP disposal handles cooked animal bones very well, especially those from smaller animals (like chickens). Common food scraps from fruits and vegetables are not at all a concern. However, raw bones are a little too tough for the disposal, and even though it can deal with something as tough as avocado pits, stone fruit pits (like peaches) are out of the question as well.
