I've noticed some people mention that the AGLucky Ice Maker doesn't fill up the ice basket evenly. Has anyone else had this problem, and how did you fix it?

In our extended testing, we never encountered this issue with the AGLucky HZB-12/B. However, make sure your machine is not exposed to sunlight. Also, if you have a chance to periodically check up on your machine, you can use the ice scoop to gently level out the ice; in this way, your machine will fill up more before the ICE FULL alert is triggered. Additionally, if you have been running your machine for a long time, and ice formation becomes uneven, you may need to turn off your machine for a couple of hours to stabilize the machine.
