How straightforward is the cleaning process for the Cuisinart TOB-40N?

Given that my husband often uses this oven for quick meals, it's important to us that cleaning it is hassle-free. We're looking for insights on how easy it is to clean the non-stick interior and removable parts.

The oven has an internal and external coating plus no tricky nooks and crannies so it was easy to clean.
During the roasting of a whole chicken, fat splattered everywhere inside the oven. Nonetheless, we were able to clean it all off, even on the gaps between the heating elements and internal walls. We just used a spone and some dishwashing liquid for the walls and brush the heating elements with a paste of baking soda and water.
The slide-out crumb tray made it easy to clean up the crumbs but we still had to tilt the oven to remove them all.
