Cubikook Manual vs Wamery 4-Stage Manual Side-by-Side Comparison

Overall Verdict
The Cubikook CS-T01 and the Wamery 4-stage sharpener both performed well, but they differ in build quality and design, and thus, ease of use.
The Wamery was faster (by a whopping 20 seconds) to bring a keen edge to a blunt knife. It wasted less blade steel; however, it also could not bring back the factory sharpness level like the Cubikook could. The Wamery left a decent edge, though not as smooth as that produced by the Cubikook.
The Cubikook does much better in terms of design and ease of use. Its strong build and low center of gravity keep it very stable during sharpening. The addition of a scissor slot on the Wamery increases its height, making it more prone to tipping despite the wide base.
To sum up, the Wamery is a decent sharpener, but Cubikook is the more well-rounded and reliable choice.
