Moen GXS75C Host Series 3/4 HP vs Waste King L3200 3/4 HP Garbage Disposal Side-by-Side Comparison
Overall Verdict
The basic specs of these two grinders are much the same. The key difference, and the one that matters, is performance for the price you pay. The Moen simply outperformed the Waste King in all tests, and by a long shot. Neither machine managed fish scraps well enough to go down the drain, but the Moen put up a good performance and proved itself a worthy grinder for a larger household.
The Moen also has a slightly better build and more secure fit, but the Waste King has a more spacious grinding chamber which can be widened by removing the drain splash guard. With not much difference between installation and maintenance, the Moen is the better option for a large grinder, but it does cost more.
