The Hamilton Beach stands out for its superior performance, achieving top marks in our testing. Its even heat distribution and high heat retention enable it to handle a range of cooking tasks, from perfect pancakes to juicy steaks. On the other hand, the Presto offers good maximum temperature retention and heat stability, but its performance falls short with slightly uneven heat distribution.
