As two stylish medium-sized skillets, the GreenLife Ceramic Non-Stick Electric Skillet CC003725-002 emerges as the better choice compared to the Crux Non-Stick Electric Skillet 14620.

The GreenLife excels in cooking performance thanks to its even cooking and faster preheating times. In contrast, the Crux had better heat distribution and heated equally fast, its temperature stabilization was not ideal. This inconsistency affected its ability to cook foods like medium-rare steak perfectly and resulted in only average pancakes.

Both skillets include a high-quality ceramic non-stick surface that makes cleaning easy and reduces the need for oil. However, the Crux has issues with the coating on the pan rim chipping and grainy specs protruding from the base, raising concerns about its durability.
