In contrast, the Ovente’s rapid heating makes it suitable only for quick stir-frying of meat and veggies, as it proves too hot for delicate foods like pancakes and too unstable for precise cooking tasks like searing steaks.

At $32.90, the Bella has a 12-inch square pan with a ceramic coating. It generally provides a decent non-stick surface, though users may experience stubborn burn-ons and potential chipping.
