Overall Verdict

The Bella Non-Stick Electric Skillet 14607 is a solid budget-friendly option for those who need a medium-sized skillet while the Crux Non-Stick Electric Skillet 14620 simply does not justify its cost given its performance issues and design flaws.

While it has better heat distribution and an attractive design, its inability to cook foods to the desired doneness and the quality issues with its coating make the GreenLife skillet a better choice in this price range.

The Bella can sear a perfect medium-rare steak, thanks to its great heat distribution and fast heating times. However, it performs only averagely with delicate foods like pancakes, which require more gentle heat.

Both skillets feature a ceramic coating but also a problem with chipping. The Crux does look better, but not enough to make up for the performance weakness, especially considering its higher price.
