Overall Verdict

The Goodful cold brew coffee maker is a tall 72 oz plastic jug-type brewer which fits in the door bin of your refrigerator. The Bean Envy, on the other hand, is a 32 oz glass carafe-type brewer that brews on a refrigerator shelf.

The Bean Envy uses a more porous stainless steel filter and produces a much better quality brew than the Goodful which deploys a plastic and nylon filter. The Bean Envy has a thoughtful two-stopper design, and while the Goodful has a convenient twist-to-pour lid, it’s a rather clunky design.
