LINKChef Hand Blender 800W vs Betty Crocker Hand Blender Side-by-Side Comparison
Overall Verdict
The LINKChef is a 5-in-1 blender set, and the Betty Crocker a single blending stick with a beaker. Performance wise, these two blenders are similar on paper. Hot soup purees and almond milk were not much different between the two blenders. The Elite Gourmet was slightly better with the former, and LINKChef with the latter. Although neither will do an acceptable frozen fruit smoothie, with the LINCKChef you can get more done, especially with its superior whisk for mayonnaise and whipped egg whites.
The Betty Crocker is a simple budget choice, but the low quality plastic parts leave much to be desired; that includes joining parts and the plastic blade guard. With the LINKChef, you get reasonable and good quality for the price. The Betty Crocker has two speeds, but the toggle buttons are stiff and unresponsive. The lack of a proper vortex force led to much splattering and interrupted blending. With the LINKChef, you have to deal with a strong vibrational and suction force, but it is still better than the Betty Crocker.
